Pontikes & Associates handles all aspects of workers’ compensation claims, including supervising the investigation of the claim, negotiating settlements, trying cases before arbitrators and arguing cases on review before the Commissioners of the Industrial Commission.

Our substantial trial experience includes preparation of briefs and argument of them on review before the Industrial Commission Circuit Court and Appellate Court.
